Where's your head attttt!

Went to see Basement Jaxx at Usher Hall on Monday night. Hadn’t been to a live gig in ages and I’ll be honest, I wasn’t sure how it was going to work in usher hall but I’m glad it did!

Arrived at like 19:00 but they didn’t start till 21:00 but still had a good time while the venue filled up.

They opened with Good Luck which is one of my favourites then it just kept coming — Bingo Bango, Red Alert, Romeo and eventually the moment everyone was waiting for… whereeesss your heaaaad atttt, so many good tunes they have!

It was perfect.. singers, dancers, visuals, the whole lot. Usher Hall just worked for it in a way I didn’t expect.

It’s been so long since I’ve been to anything live that I’d forgotten what it’s like. This has definitely given me a taste for it again!
